1 Eligibility Criteria for Applying the Netherlands Job Seeker Visa
You must meet any ONE of the following requirements in order to be eligible. Choose what situation applies to you.
- Situation 1: 3 years ago, you conducted some research. You had permission to live in the Netherlands for research purposes.
- Situation 2: 3 years ago, you completed a master’s degree in the framework of an Erasmus Mundus Masters Course.
- Situation 3: 3 years ago you completed one of the following study programs:
- An accredited bachelor or master degree course at a Dutch higher education institution.
- Netherlands A postgraduate program for at least one year (at least 10 months).
- A program of a study in the Netherlands under Cultural Policy (Special-Purpose Funding) Act.
- The development cooperation policy of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so A study program in Netherlands.
Situation 4: You must have obtained a master’s degree, doctoral program or post-master from Designated Foreign Educational Institution.
