Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2024: Azerbaijan is proud to name their project “Heydar Aliyev“,which is one of the main reasons why their public transport has been ranked high in Europe.Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2024-2025. This 5 years duration scholarship program will be awarded to100 students by 2024. With this scholarship program, you can study at the best higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan as well as at other countries’, where you can join preparatory courses and start bachelor, master, PhD, doctoral, and general medicine/medical residency programs.
The Government of Azerbaijan will provide a scholarship for this full on reciprocity. All interational students will be provided with intenational flight tickets, accommodation, full tuition fees, medical insurance, monthly allowance, visa and temporary residency permissions. As well as appilcants in any academic area including. students are eligible to participate. IELTS does not need to be submitted if you can show the educational record you’ve carried about learning in English language.

Scholarship Duration
- Bachelors: 4-5 Years
- General Medicine: 5-6 Years
- Masters Program: 1.5-2 Years
- Medical Residency Program: 2–5 Years
- PhD: 3 Years
Preparatory course will be from a half of a year up to one.

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens of Azerbaijan are Not Eligible
- For Bachelor’s/B.Sc and General Medicine programs, the limit in age should not be more than 35 years.
- The Graduate and Medical Residency program shall receive candidates whose age should not exceed 40.
- In case of PhD, it should be interpreted that the age limit must not be over 45 years.

Requirements of the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship
- Completed Nomination Form (it is the first stage of the application process)
- All previous transcripts, degrees, diplomas, school certificates.
- Copy of the medical certificate (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B/C tests);
- Copy of Valid Passport

Application Process
Firstly, the applicant has to officially register as a candidate and send in the documents to the administrative sector such as their ministry of higher education, Embassy or other issuing bodies in your respective countries. The officials will perform votes on students the applications of the candidates and come with proposed students.
Having the nominations, they will continue to complete the application process to the second stage on the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) website, which can be found on the address portal.edu.az.
